My name is Brian Phillips and I put paint on a brush and place it down on things to make pictures. Born an Ohio Buckeye, I moved to Indianapolis for 15 years in 1995. In 2011, I moved to  Austin in The Great State of Texas. It took me 40 years to finally find my place in this world. I love Texas. My beautiful wife and I have 2 German Shepherds, 2 awesome cats and 2 ferel cats we take care of.
